First Order
Opening an account with Annabella Moore requires a minimum order of one full set-collection or selection of 24 designs (Minimum : £850/€1100). Each design comes in a pack of two. This will give you the full advantages of our inspiring brand presentation. Please note that presenting a wide range of mixed concepts / moods could overwhelm end customers and lead to hesitations about purchases.
Reorder
Minimum QTY : 10 designs
(pack of 2 for each design)
To reorder, you will receive a private login to place your wholesale order online.
You may also simply email us your order or call our office or our sales agents.
Delivery Charges
Every order is shipped from UK warehouse and delivery charges are
UK Mainland - Free for orders above £500, or £10 per order.
Europe - Free for orders above €1200, or €25 per order (excluding all taxes).
USA - Free for orders above $1500, or $50 per order (excluding all taxes).
Payment
A 30% deposit is required for order confirmation.
The balance 70% is payable before delivery.
30-day-credit accounts may be considered
in special Cases after the second order

Standard set display
Included in a set-collection package. Charged at
£55/ €65/ $75 for every mixed collection order
Grand set display
Free for orders above £1,500/ €1,800/ $2,200 Charged at £20/ €25/ $30 on top of standard display cost for orders with mixed collections
Returns
In the unlikely event that we deliver items that are faulty or in the wrong quantity, please email us at customercare@annabellamoore.com, within 7 working days of order delivery. The item(s) must be returned to our head office within 14 days, along with a copy of the AM delivery note. We will send you the replacement(s) within 7 working days of receiving the returned item(s). In case we are unable to send the replacement(s), we will refund or credit the full value of the item(s) into your account.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it, to receive a full refund of your deposit. For orders cancelled after 7 days of placement, a £10 order processing fee will be deducted from your deposit, and the remainder credited back into your account.
